Dear Voyagers,

We previously opened a presale for Captain Node early bird vouchers through some channels.

We have found that some users from our partner channels are from legally protected regions (including but not limited to China, the United States, etc.). Please note that these users are also subject to Tabi Node's KYC restrictions. Users who cannot pass KYC verification will not be able to claim their mined rewards.

Tabi is committed to adhering to the compliance requirements of various countries/regions. Therefore, we will support these users in applying for a refund of their Captain Node VIP Ticket.

Warning: For users from countries which are not supported by KYC, if they do not request a refund by the deadline, they will have to be personally responsible for any and all consequences.

Refund Application Deadline: June 30, 2024

Refund Process: Users who have purchased early bird vouchers and are from countries that are not supported by KYC, please provide the following information and send it as an email attachment to [e-mail]. We will return the ETH used to purchase the early bird vouchers to the original payment address within 7 days from the deadline.
