Yes, your computer must remain continuously on when running a node.

2. Is it possible to operate two wallets on a single computer?

Yes, you can operate multiple wallets on one computer. Multiple nodes can delegate to the same miner (Captain Node client) for mining.

3. When is the node delegation service scheduled to launch?

The node delegation service is already available. Any miner can share their miner wallet address to accept delegations from others.
